Q: How do I start a project with you?

A: Fill out the inquiry form on the contact page. Then we can set up a consultation to discuss your project goals, budget, expectations, style preferences, functional needs or accessibility needs. If you decide to proceed with the project, you will need to submit a non refundable deposit to book our services. 

Q: How long will it take?

A: The timeline for each project can range from a few weeks to over 6 -10 months depending on the project size, lead times, customization, contactor availability, etc. Estimated time tables can be provided when starting a project with Fabiyan Interiors. 

Q. Where are you located?

A: I am able to facilitate projects in the tri-state area as these require consistent site visits. Currently, I can provide rendering services remotely - although this would require my client to take a few pictures of their space and take rough measurements of the room. I will guide each client in the process.  Projects that require color and material selection can also be completed remotely- however, for best results an onsite visit maybe recommended for those that may have difficulty providing high quality images to accurately assess lighting, color and finishes.
